Hanging
Hanging of drywall in new residential homes, remodels, custom homes, stores, restaurants and commercial projects. All our hanging is done with screws. Nails are only used to tack sheets up on wood framing prior to screwing off and to attach metal corner beads and trim accessories. This insures a higher quality finish for your project.

Taping & Finishing
Taping, topping, skimming for smooth finishes, all spray textures, acoustic, hand textures, skip trowel, plaster-like finishes, brush and other custom textures. We specialize in matching existing finishes.

Frame Work
Metal framing in commercial tennant improvements, interior partition walls, soffets and demiser walls, fire rating corridors and associated fire walls, restaurants, retail framing and store fronts.

Repair Work
Repair for water damage, cracks and patches, damaged walls, seal, skim and prep for wallpaper or re-texture and acoustic patches. If painting is needed, we work with a licensed and reputable painting contractor and can incorporate this in our bids.

Asbestos & Acoustic Ceilings
Any acoustic ceilings to be removed by Pacific Drywall will be tested by a licensed laboratory to determine if they contain asbestos. We do remove non-asbestos acoustic ceilings. Any ceilings that test positive for asbestos will need to be removed by a licensed asbestos removal company.
Since we have teamed with other contractors, removal of asbestos can be incorporated in our bid as well as painting (if needed) to achieve one stop shopping for customers.

Re-pipes and Electrical Patches
We provide service to those customers or contractors who have had re-pipes and/or electrical work done on homes, patch these areas where needed and match existing textures. In some cases, your best option will be to skim some areas before retexturing to accommodate a consistent finish throughout.
